OPINON ESSAY
Have you ever thought about the benefits of playing team sports? Are you one of those people who thinks that the only advantage is making friends? If you think so, you're not right, as team sports have many other benefits.
First of all, as I said before, playing team sports is an easy way of getting to know many people from different places and with different attitudes. On top of that, they improve your cooperation and your respect for other people.
I truly believe that a really good team sport is football (and many other sports), because in football every player has a place where he/she must be and a purpose (defend, attack...), but if it is necessary the players can move to help each other and finally achieve a goal all together.
To sum up quickly, team sports are a great activity with a lot of benefits for children and also for adults, so give it a try!

TEAM SPORTS ARE THE BEST WAY TO DO SPORTS
There are many opinions on whether it is better to exercise alone
or in a team, I think that teams sports are the best and the most popular.
First of all, I would like to mention that team sports I think that are more played than individual sports for so many reasons for example you make friends and playing sports is always funnier with friends. Furthermore, you also learn who to
communicate with other people even if that person is not your friend.
Maybe it is true that in individual sports you can be more concentrated but in team sports if you do something wrong another person in the group can help you. Finally, with team sports you also learn that it is better to have a good time than winning.
To conclude, I think team sports, leaving aside that the most popular sports are team sports, help people and you learn many things apart from the sport.

DESCRIBING A FRIEND
Description of a friend
The name of my friend is Selene. I met her in the speaking
test to enter the British. She was my partner. We startED talking and one day
we became best friends. Now we are in the same class . She is tall. She is so
beautiful and thin. She has brown eyes and a normal nose . She wears glasses.
She has a small mouth and she has brown, straight, long hair . She dresses very
well. Sometimes we dress very similar.
She is so kind and friendly. She is a good friend and person. She is always
happy . She is quite and calm , but you only need to know her a little bit more
to know that she is so funny . We are always laughing. She is so clever and
have good marks. If someday you feels bad and need help ,
Selene will be there for everything you need. She is a good friend ,
and I hope we continue being friends. I love her a lot .
