On Thursday 11th October we all went to the pastry room at our Hospitality school IES LA FLOTA to make a popular British dessert called APPLE CRUMBLE.
We worked under the professional supervision of our Master Pastry Chef, Cristina Gómez Esplá.
Our British assistant for the programme, Mollie Lidster, participated in the activity as well. We all baked our apple crumble, and tasted it.
